How to place order?

1.1 If you order by fax, email or phone. You are required to provide us with your required details, including accurate email add, and phone no. together with those of the intended recipient and payment receipt.

1.2 We will contact you or send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we have received and will proceed with your order. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have been issued with our email confirmation after you email or fax to us payment receipt.  In other words, until payment is made, we are not obligated to send the flowers.

1.3 We accept payment in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) in the form of cash or deposit through local banks.

1.4 Payment by credit/ debit cards through PayPal shall be in USD.

1.5 However, price listed may not be applicable on Seasonal Occasions such as Valentine’s Day.  Prices change may be advice from time to time.  The correct amount payable will be quoted accordingly in written reply to your official request.

How long will it takes to deliver once payment is made?

2.1 As for local/outstation and same day deliveries,

Same day order delivery to recipient's work place within working hours, can only is possible if orders are received before 1.00 pm., Monday to Friday. Otherwise shall not be guaranteed due to traffic congestion or perhaps, the distance. With special circumstances of urgent and late orders for a funeral flowers, contact us directly as soon as possible to arrange for the delivery before the funeral is over.

2.2 As for International orders,

All deliveries are guaranteed with sufficient and correct address of the recipient. International delivery is possible within 8 hours between different time zone, unless coincide with local public holidays.  We encourage advance orders, at least 24 hours ahead, to enhance our best products and services. Last minute order especially for a funeral wreath, if time given is too limited and funeral is over, we will have to replace by sending a sympathy bouquet for the bereaved family.


What is the cost for delivery?

3.1 Our average local delivery charges are RM20.00, from outside free delivery zone.

3.2 As for deliveries outside Selangor & Kuala Lumpur, min surcharge of RM25 will be applied. However, charges may be vary depends on destination of delivery.

3.3 As for International deliveries, we are proud to be member of Interflora Worldwide Delivery services .Thus, the price rate for International deliveries are standardize with an International floral currency called "Fleurin" in Interflora. Fleurin fluctuates according to the world market value of Euro. International purchasing price of bouquets varies from time to time.


Where do we deliver?

4.1 As a member of Interflora Worldwide delivery service. We take orders from anywhere in the world, for delivery to more than 140 countries worldwide.

What days of the week do we deliver?

5.1 We deliver flowers from Mon-Sat.

5.2 Delivery on Sundays or public holidays available upon request with additional delivery charges.


What happen if my recipient(s) is not present at the time of delivery?

6.1 We will contact the recipient for time to re-delivery.

6.2. If we are unable to contact the recipient we will contact you for further instructions.
